In 1536, Preston, Nigel's older brother and a curator at the British Museum, stumbles upon a riddle from Henry VIII that could unveil Anne Boleyn's wedding ring. Seeking assistance, Preston reaches out to Sydney, sparking a fierce rivalry with Nigel. As the brothers' competition intensifies, Nigel learns that his ex-girlfriend, Amanda, is also in pursuit of the ring and is romantically linked to Preston. What starts as a quest for treasure quickly turns into a dangerous game of ambition and betrayal among the three.
