After a young boy's death due to a joint contaminated with PCP, Hunter embarks on a mission to locate the despicable dealer behind the tragedy. Soon, Hunter finds himself accused of murder. Meanwhile, Dee Dee is faced with the challenge of adjusting to a new partner while striving to clear Hunter's name. As tensions rise, Hunter must navigate dangerous encounters with the Hammer and his trio of henchmen, who are determined to eliminate him.
