Episode Overview

Twelve-year-old Kingsley is on a journey of self-discovery, captivated by the world of astronauts and rockets. However, when he gets sent to the headmaster's office for causing a stir in class, he learns he’s being transferred to a school for kids with "special needs." Preoccupied with juggling two jobs, his parents remain oblivious to the unspoken segregation that keeps many Black children from getting a proper education. Eventually, a group of determined West Indian women decides to take action to challenge the unfair system and support the children.
