Cochise declines to act as a spy for DGSE within the Islamic State, insisting on a safe exit instead. Duflot consents, but only if Cochise can secure Debailly's release. Unfortunately, before Cochise can return, one of his own men shoots Duflot, who is rushed to the hospital but ultimately succumbs to his injuries. Cochise successfully gains control of Debailly. Meanwhile, DGSE uncovers a plot by Mossad to use Marina to introduce a virus into Iran's nuclear program, aiming to disrupt it through Baku's seismic monitoring system. When Marina learns of her new security manager's Iranian ties, she panics and attempts to escape but is calmed by the Mossad operative.
