Episode Overview
After Johnny accidentally stabs Lights with scissors, his injury jeopardizes his comeback, health, and Theresa's medical career, particularly since Barry Word can't delay the fight due to hefty penalty fees. With mounting family expenses, Lights attempts to speed up his recovery by secretly consulting a doctor for a powerful "medicine cocktail" that includes prednisone. While he strives to heal, Mike Foster—now a TV reporter—reveals that Word is already planning Reynolds' next match against a Ukrainian Muslim fighter named Mustafa. Meanwhile, Lights and Johnny discover that Margaret is involved with gangster Hal Brennan, leading them to suspect he’s using her to gain leverage over Lights and his fight.
