Esteemed Mexican chef Enrique Olvera presents the Quickfire Challenge, tasking the chefs with crafting a dish that features the unique Mexican ingredient xoconostle, a type of prickly pear. For the Elimination Challenge, set at the renowned Instituto Allende, the chefs must draw inspiration from a local artist's work and prepare a distinctive dish in four hours for an event, with the losing chef bidding farewell to their Top Chef dreams.
