Episode Overview

During their investigation into the puzzling death of Navy engineer Joseph Chan, NCIS discovers that his final meeting was with colleague Maggie Shaw, who happens to be Jane's mentor and friend, and is currently missing. Additionally, David Sola, an officer from New Zealand's intelligence service, arrives in Hawaii to pursue a lead linking Joseph's demise to a covert Chinese operative involved in black operations.
