Episode Overview
A seaman with a history of serial killings, targeting prostitutes, suffers serious gunshot wounds during his latest assault. Injured and desperate, he takes Hutch's friend and her mother, who is confined to a wheelchair, hostage in their own home. To infiltrate the house, Hutch disguises himself as a paramedic while he and Starsky work together to capture the frantic murderer and ensure the safety of the hostages.
