Episode Overview

During a visit to finalize a deal with the Chicago Cubs, star athlete Andy Miller narrowly avoids serious injury thanks to his friend Gary, who saves him from a bizarre accident. Although Andy sustains a shoulder bruise, a trip to the hospital leads him to Dr. Suzy Pietro, a captivating physician with whom he falls in love. Eager to remain in Chicago and pursue his feelings, Andy considers accepting the Cubs’ generous offer. However, his agent disapproves, and Andy discovers Suzy may be contemplating a proposal from another man. In a race against time, Gary strives to keep Andy with the Cubs and rekindle his romance with Suzy.
