Episode Overview

Having stepped down from his role, Vinnie heads back to his former neighborhood in search of tranquility after his intense time undercover, only to discover that white supremacists are causing chaos in the area. Meanwhile, Daryl Elias takes on the role of OCB director and instructs Frank to either convince Vinnie to return or bring him in for a debriefing. Following the vandalism of a synagogue, Pete boldly confronts the white supremacist threat but is tragically killed in a hit-and-run. This tragedy compels Vinnie to re-enter the OCB to track down Pete’s murderer.
