To dig deeper, Vinnie ventures into the mountains to consult with Prescott Wilson, a reclusive billionaire who may have crucial insights. Meanwhile, Frank and Vinnie persuade Senator Pickering to postpone the vote on Senator Getzloff's trade bill while they track down the plane carrying the counterfeit yen. Masters then shows the Attorney General pictures of Vinnie and Kate meeting Wilson, along with a printing plate bearing Vinnie's fingerprints, leading to an order for Frank to arrest Vinnie.
