Episode Overview
In "A Long Winter's Nap," Sally and Nick are bursting with excitement for their upcoming ice skating adventure, making it hard for them to sleep. To help them, Cat introduces them to Boris the bear, who shows them his cozy preparation for hibernation in Gleep-sneep Woods. Inspired, Nick and Sally follow Boris' bedtime tips and, after enjoying a story from Cat, they drift off to sleep. In "The Tree Doctor," Sally is puzzled by her stagnant maple sapling. The Cat in the Hat brings them to Dr. Twiggles, who teaches them about how trees nourish themselves through their leaves and roots, revealing that growth takes time.
