Episode Overview
After a string of burglaries rattles the community, Hardcastle's neighbors establish a Neighborhood Watch to enhance their security. Initially upset about being passed over for the Captain position in the group, the judge's frustrations fade when the criminals are apprehended. However, the situation takes a dark turn when the captured thieves are later discovered deceased, victims of an unexplained virus.
