Episode Overview
Title: The Yankee Clipper Plot: After Bill Bauer is presumed dead, having been missing in action from the Marines for a decade, his former best friend Mark is tasked with organizing the funeral. This somber event unexpectedly brings Mark together with his old pals Patrick Burke, Jeff Steffan, and Peter Trigg. However, just after the service, Bauer resurfaces, very much alive. Confronted by a furious Mark, Bauer reveals he had been tasked with destroying cash during the U.S. withdrawal from Vietnam in 1975 but instead chose to smuggle it back home in his own casket. As threats to his life emerge, Bauer decides to confront his pursuers. Hardcastle and McCormick follow him and uncover that Peter Trigg is actually leading a terrorist group seeking Bauer's money for weapons. Although Trigg momentarily captures them, Bauer comes to their aid, allowing them to escape. Just as the police move in to arrest him, Bauer opts to vanish once
