Episode Overview
Michael persuades Chase to allow him to perform surgery on Maggie, whose tumor has already robbed her of her vision and threatens her life. He recruits his ex-lover, anesthesiologist Lillian Heller, to assist in the procedure, much to Terry's chagrin as Lillian stays at their home. As Maggie is taken into surgery, Chase fears he may never see her again. At Falcon Crest, Angela pushes Lance to mend his relationship with Melissa to secure a rightful heir. However, when Lance pleads for a second chance, Melissa coldly rebuffs him, reminding him she alone controls Falcon Crest. Meanwhile, Philip poaches Angela's top staff for his winery, while Pamela follows Spheeris's directives to undermine Richard, who is focused on winning Chase's favor to gain his inheritance for the racetrack's completion.
