King Lindy of Lime possesses a beard of such legendary length that even he doesn’t know its true extent. Yertle the Turtle, his loyal advisor, proposes sending a young jester named Elwood to measure it. What follows is a whirlwind of absurd chaos when Elwood encounters King Noogle, Princess Mindy, and—to his shock—King Noogle’s own trusted advisor, who appears to be none other than Yertle himself.
