Episode Overview
Elmo and Leela are at the laundromat when a loud clanging noise catches their attention. Leela complains that her washing machine is always causing problems and wants to get rid of it, but Elmo urges her to keep it. She then asks Luis to take another look at it. When Luis arrives, he asks Elmo to grab a wrench from his toolbox. After searching, Elmo finally finds one. As Luis checks the machine, water unexpectedly sprays all over him! He determines that a new hexagonal nut is needed. Elmo finds a nut with four sides first, but then discovers a six-sided one—perfect! Luis tightens it and tries the machine again, but it starts banging and hiccupping even louder! Suddenly, the machine begins to shake! Luis thinks something might be jammed in the spin basket, and as he pulls out various items, Elmo counts a total of seven! Luis tosses in clothes and detergent to test it out, but
