Overview
Set against the backdrop of early 1990s Boston, an African-American District Attorney from Brooklyn arrives with a vision for reform. He unexpectedly teams up with a seasoned but morally compromised FBI veteran who prefers to uphold the existing order. Their collaboration leads them to confront a notorious family of armored car thieves from Charlestown.
