Overview
30 Days invites viewers into a thought-provoking reality experience, led by Morgan Spurlock, where participants immerse themselves in unfamiliar lifestyles for a month. Each episode tackles significant social issues, adhering to unique rules tailored to the chosen lifestyle. While Spurlock often takes part in these challenges, he also enlists others to join him. Premiering on June 15, 2005, the series ran for three seasons, with FX ultimately deciding against a fourth. Despite its cancellation, the show found new life on Planet Green, and it continues to air in various countries, including the UK, Australia, and Canada.
