Episode Overview

Amber takes Mao to the EPR's headquarters, where she convenes a meeting with all contractors, including the Doctor. During the gathering, she discloses a scheme aimed at destroying the South American gate, which would lead to the eradication of contractors worldwide. The Doctor points out that this plot was thwarted by a strange blue light. Meanwhile, November 11 confronts the leader of East Asian MI6, who turns out to be a Syndicate member, and they both end up killing each other. In a daring move, Hei storms the EPR to save Mao, using his powers on Amber just as she activates her meteor shard, bathing the entire building in a dazzling blue light.
