Episode Overview
Eager to score a trip to Miami, Lizzie, Miranda, and Gordo join forces for the school's "Knowledge Quest." Their competitors are the formidable Kate Sanders, Larry Tudgeman, and Claire Miller. Things take a turn for the worse when their chosen faculty advisor is swapped out for the substitute teacher, Mr. Dig. To their surprise, Mr. Dig's unconventional teaching methods make learning enjoyable and engaging. When the competition kicks off, Lizzie's team feels ready, while Kate's group is under pressure. However, Kate's team wins decisively, catching Lizzie's team off guard with tough questions focused on specifics.
