Worried that she and Will might grow distant like some of their friends, Grace makes a spontaneous decision to purchase a lavish piano, believing it will strengthen their connection through their shared love of music—and perhaps provide her with a reason to showcase her favorite show tunes. At the same time, after Jack gets rejected by his latest fling, he channels his heartbreak into writing steamy novels, which quickly capture Karen's enthusiastic interest.
