The brothers thrived on producing oval picture frames that were highly sought after for showcasing portraits of Civil War soldiers. While exploring the Schwamb Brothers’ former office, Norm discovers a striking roll top desk made of quarter-sawn oak, igniting his creativity to create his own rendition of this iconic American piece.
