J.D. encourages Dr. Cox and the other physicians to go above and beyond for their patients with unique gestures. However, he hesitates to shave his head for a woman battling cancer after encountering someone who adores his locks. Concurrently, Turk and Carla strive to remove all sources of stress from their lives to improve their odds of conception. At the same time, Elliot finds herself unable to stop showering her new boyfriend, Keith, with ridiculous presents.
