Episode Overview
J.D. begins to notice a repetitive cycle of events at the hospital, feeling a sense of déjà vu. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox returns to the hospital, but Elliot is concerned that he seems to have lost his typical swagger. She confronts him about his change in demeanor. On another front, Carla grows increasingly frustrated with Turk, as he continues to engage in various activities while she feels restricted due to her pregnancy.
