The adventure kicks off on a sunny beach in Florida when a sea monster suddenly emerges, sending everyone into a panic. This creature is none other than Vampira. Meanwhile, in the Drak Pack's city, Big D is attending a monster convention, representing the Transylvanian Retired Spooks, Spectres, and Spirits Society. Back at the beach, Dred and O.G.R.E. take control of a hotel, planning to transform it into Dred's Hideout Hotel for criminals. Big D alerts the boys, who quickly arrive, only to be captured by O.G.R.E. and buried up to their necks in sand as the tide approaches. They attempt a "Drak Wack" to escape.
