The Bullwinkle Show S01E04 - Peabody's Improbable History - Ben Franklin

Episode Overview

Mr. Peabody discovers Sherman being bullied by older kids in the street. Initially, he hesitates, doubting if Sherman is the right fit for him. However, witnessing Sherman's harsh treatment at the orphanage prompts Peabody to adopt him. They face a challenge when the adoption is questioned because he’s a dog, but after taking the matter to court, the judge rules that if a boy can have a dog, a dog can have a boy too! Sherman moves in with Mr. Peabody, who creates the WABAC machine to keep him entertained. Their adventures take them back to ancient Rome and a visit with Ben Franklin.
