Episode Overview

Following the tragic death of her husband in a car crash, Nancy Henninger decides to rent out the backyard apartment to help support her family. However, her teenage son, Zak, becomes wary of their new tenant, Harry Longworth, who claims to have moved to the suburban town of Hunterville to establish a new factory for his business. As three residents mysteriously vanish from the area, Zak takes it upon himself to dig deeper and uncover the truth behind the unsettling events.
