Episode Overview
Wishbone and Joe encounter an endearing elderly resident of Oakdale who has just come back after being away for quite some time. The trio embarks on an adventure to dig up a "time capsule" hidden in Joe's backyard. At the same time, Wishbone envisions himself as Rip van Winkle, who dozes off in the woods and awakens two decades later to find that an entirely new nation, the United States, has emerged.
