The Cosby Show S02E04 - Cliff in Love

Episode Overview

After ending her relationship with Elvin, Sondra finds herself in a gloomy state, directing her frustration towards her family. Meanwhile, Cliff and Clair aren't too upset about the breakup, as they always found Elvin to be quite bothersome. Unexpectedly, Elvin shows up at their home with flowers, attempting to make amends. During his visit, he slips in some of his outdated views in front of Clair, who quickly grows irritated by his remarks. This episode marks Geoffrey Owens' debut as Elvin, while Joseph C. Phillips joins the cast as Daryl, Denise's new spouse, Navy Lt. Martin Kendall, in Season 6.
