Episode Overview
Frank and Betty have joined a nearby Scottish dancing group, but since one of them needs to stay home with Jessica, they alternate attending. The group's organizer is Mr. Quincy, their lodger from next door. He’s planning a performance to welcome the visit of the local Liberal Party candidate, Mr. MacDougall. While he is eager to have Betty participate, he unfortunately doesn’t have a spot for Frank in the lineup.
