Episode Overview

Mel is gearing up for a crucial business deal with a Japanese entrepreneur and requests Joe's help in learning Japanese. However, when the businessman’s son shows up instead and doesn’t speak any English, Joe finds himself in the role of translator. As the businessman begins to take a liking to Mel, Joe deliberately misinterprets their conversations. Meanwhile, Lennox is stuck collaborating on a school project with her former best friend, prompting Ryder to step in and try to smooth things over between them.
