Many view the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt as a miraculous act of God. However, this journey is more than just a flight of enslaved people; it resembles a strategic military operation led by seasoned mercenaries. Infuriated by the Israelites' plundering of an Egyptian settlement, Pharaoh unleashes his forces to chase them down. Yet, Moses’s keen tactical skills and familiarity with the landscape give the Israelites an edge. As they attempt a complex nighttime crossing of the water, Moses cleverly draws the pursuing Egyptian army into the depths of the Sea of Reeds, leading them to their doom.
