Upon discovering that Springfield Elementary is ranked the lowest in the state, Marge decides to take action and, along with Homer, they lease an apartment in the more prestigious Waverly Hills district so Bart and Lisa can enroll in a superior school. As a result, Homer settles into their new Waverly Hills apartment and starts embracing a single man's way of living.
