Overview
Set in 1954 England, Fitzwilliam encounters Miss Pinkerton on a train to London. She reveals that a murderer is terrorizing the quiet village of Wychwood under Ashe. While locals dismiss the recent deaths as mere accidents, Miss Pinkerton suspects foul play. Tragically, she is discovered dead en route to Scotland Yard, spurring Fitzwilliam into action.
