Chip and Lisa make their way to a secluded California ranch to meet Joel, a 14-year-old boy who experiences visions of deceased individuals and animals. Joel, having only confided in his mother, is overwhelmed with fear and seeks answers about his unusual abilities. To support him, Chip and Lisa bring together two other gifted siblings: Morgan, a 10-year-old with the ability to foresee disasters, and her 13-year-old brother Brad, who can sense the anguish of lost spirits. Together, the trio embarks on a ghost-hunting adventure led by Chip, learning to confront their deepest fears along the way.
