Drew starts to feel inadequate as Christine constantly orders him around and assigns him her chores. Meanwhile, Mimi is contemplating a minivan purchase but is devastated when Dee Snider from Twisted Sister tells her she can no longer lead the fan club due to her parenting duties. Feeling unfulfilled and yearning for her adventurous past, she opts for a flashy sports car instead. When she encounters Drew, who’s driving Christine's car, they decide to race. The thrill of competition ignites a secret passion for nightly drag racing. Steve and Gus intervene, trying to persuade Mimi to stop. Upon learning Drew's motivations, Christine agrees to ease up on him, and after some teasing from the racers, she permits him one final race.
