In a bid to avoid testifying, Buster pretends to be in a coma, while George Michael and Maeby stage a mock wedding to entertain patients in the hospital. Meanwhile, Michael uncovers a shocking revelation: he might have a sister named Nellie Bluth that he never knew about.
