Holly J. tracks down her birth mother and, after gathering the courage to request a kidney donation, is taken aback when her mother asks for $20,000 in return. Meanwhile, Adam becomes anxious that Katie may be losing interest in him due to his developing breasts, prompting him to seek surgery, which he’s too young for. Instead, he opts for a compression vest to conceal them. Imogen, harboring feelings for Eli, attempts to flirt with him, but her efforts go unreciprocated.
