Angel investor Steve Bolton trades places with carer Val, who dreams of opening her own Zimbabwean restaurant. Steve lives in one of Bournemouth's most exclusive neighborhoods, where his children Charlie and Ella have their own annex in a million-pound home. In Portsmouth, Val shares a run-down council house with her mum Cleo, raising three kids on just £52 a week. Val and Cleo enjoy the royal box at Newbury races, while Steve, Ella, and Charlie learn to cook cow's foot stew. Val leaves inspired to pursue her business dream, while Steve and his kids share the most meaningful time together they've ever had.
