Seigi regains consciousness in his room, where he finds Izzy and Tom waiting for him. They inform him about their mission to recover the tattoos that were taken from America and dispersed across Japan. After they clarify how the tattoos function, they invite Seigi to join their quest. However, Seigi struggles to fully understand what’s happening. Meanwhile, two mysterious figures start to put their plans into action...
