Episode Overview

At the 311 conference on Monday, Hooten reaches out to Dr. Stewart Delany to discuss a tragic error that led to the death of Delany's young patient. The results of the conference leave the surgical team at the hospital divided. Meanwhile, Sydney and Villanueva are tasked with operating on Keith Harriman, a young man who has suffered severe injuries from what appears to be a suicide attempt. As they work, Sydney and Buck grapple with the moral implications of expending resources on those who seem unwilling to be saved. Additionally, Mark Ridgeway makes his return, intent on seeking revenge against Ty and Tina for their infidelity.
