Meanwhile, Nate grows weary of hiding his romance with Diana, prompting him to enlist Charlie's help to spark jealousy in her. On another front, Serena's boss is eager to secure the film rights for Dan's novel, forcing Serena to suppress her emotions about both Dan and the book in order to finalize the deal.
