After a plane carrying Bryan Mills and a crucial witness for a murder case goes down, a badly injured Mills must rely on the survival techniques his father instilled in him to navigate the wilderness, escape the forest, and safeguard the witness from a deadly group of mercenaries pursuing them. At the same time, Santana devises an all-or-nothing strategy to track down the wreckage of the aircraft.
