Episode Overview

As Michelle's birthday celebration kicks off, Becky suddenly reveals she's going into labor and needs to rush to the hospital for the twins’ arrival. Jesse quickly leaves to take her, while the rest of the group hurries to wrap up the party so they can be there for the big moment. At the hospital, Jesse experiences "sympathy" pains, only to discover he needs an emergency appendectomy. While he’s in surgery, Danny stays with Becky. After the operation, Jesse is wheeled into the maternity room just in time to witness Becky giving birth to their twin boys. They name one Nicholas "Nicky" after Jesse's father and the other Alexander "Alex" after the teacher who inspired Becky’s journalism career.
