Episode Overview

While soaring over China, Flap tumbles from the balloon, prompting Blinky to execute an emergency landing. A kind boy named Hugh finds Flap and takes him in, providing care at his home. Meanwhile, the Circus Bros. touch down in China and spot Flap on the local news. In a race against time, Blinky devises a plan to rescue Flap before the Circus Bros. can snatch him away.
