Six exceptional coaches lead teams of everyday Canadians through thrilling, site-specific challenges in this dynamic competition. Set against stunning backdrops across iconic Canadian locales, each episode features a variety of Solo, Tandem, or Team tasks designed to push contestants both physically and mentally. As the teams strive to overcome these demanding trials, they also grow through the guidance of their mentors. Ultimately, only one team can emerge victorious and claim the title of Canada's Ultimate Challenge champion.
