Episode Overview
Chris, the drama instructor, encourages Brenda to team up with Andrea for a scene, hoping to help her open up. During their rehearsal, Brenda confides in Andrea about her feelings for Chris, only for Andrea to develop an attraction to him as well. The duo takes Chris on a city tour, leaving Brenda heartbroken when he seems captivated by Andrea. Later, Chris and Andrea share a kiss goodnight, prompting a jealous Brenda to slap Andrea during their performance. When Dylan returns from Hawaii, Brenda shifts her focus away from Chris. Meanwhile, Chris announces his move to Los Angeles but mentions he has a girlfriend. Brandon, determined to buy his dream car without Jim’s assistance, ends up spending all his summer earnings on a faulty vehicle. Feeling sorry for him, Jim covers the repair costs. Meanwhile, Kelly and Steve bemoan the end of their summer break.
