The Real Wedding Crashers

Overview

In spring 2007, NBC launched *The Real Wedding Crashers*, a hidden-camera prank show inspired by the 2005 film *Wedding Crashers*. Produced by Ashton Kutcher and team, with RDF USA and New Line Television behind it, the series had no connection to the movie’s cast or crew. After just three episodes, NBC pulled the plug on May 7, though a fourth aired May 28. By July 20, cancellation was official. The two unaired episodes later found a home on the Style Network.
