Meanwhile, Tim takes extreme measures upon discovering that Dawn has quit to relocate to the USA with Lee. David’s mood plummets when he finds out that his role as a motivational speaker is also being terminated. In a moment of desperation, he pleads with Neil to reverse the decision, but he wonders if it's already too late for that.
